Eligibility

To use Rivaya services you must be legally competent to enter into contracts in your country of residence and meet any course-specific eligibility requirements. Enrollment is limited to individuals who can lawfully participate in the offered programs.

Participants must be at least 16 years old to enroll without parental consent. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent and assume responsibility for the minor's participation.

You agree to use Rivaya services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in activities that violate applicable laws, infringe on others' rights, or disrupt our services. Unauthorized commercial use or redistribution of course materials is prohibited.

Access to some courses or features may be limited based on local regulations or export controls. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not accessing Rivaya services from a restricted jurisdiction.

Account Terms

Access to paid or member-only content requires creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs under your credentials.

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Keep your profile and payment details up to date to avoid interruption of services.

Protect your username and password. Notify Rivaya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Rivaya implements reasonable security measures but cannot accept liability for unauthorized account access resulting from credential compromise.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with third parties is not permitted unless explicitly allowed in a group or enterprise license.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Rivaya immediately at [email protected] and via the address or phone listed. We will work to secure the account and contribute the incident.

Rivaya may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, present security risks, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will notify users of actions taken when possible.

Service Overview

Rivaya provides digital courses, coaching sessions, workshops, and resources focused on conscious wealth and economic mindset development. Content is delivered through online platforms, downloadable materials, and live events where applicable.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, course offerings, or delivery methods. Registered users will be notified of significant changes affecting active enrollments when feasible.

We strive to keep services available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages may occur. Rivaya is not liable for temporary unavailability due to third-party platforms or internet disruptions.

Community Rules

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, protect privacy, and contribute constructively. Unacceptable behavior may result in removal from courses or communities.

• Treat other participants and staff with respect; hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior is not permitted.
• Do not share personal information of others without explicit consent.
• Use course materials only for personal learning unless a license permits broader use.
• Refrain from posting spam, unsolicited promotions, or commercial solicitations within course forums.
• Follow instructions from course facilitators and adhere to event-specific guidelines.
• Report content or behavior that violates community standards to Rivaya support.
• Respect intellectual property and cite sources when sharing third-party content.

User Content

Users may post feedback, comments, or other content in forums or course submissions. By posting, you represent that you have the right to share that content.

You retain ownership of original user-generated content you submit. By submitting content to Rivaya, you grant us rights necessary to host and display that content as part of the service.

You grant Rivaya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your user content for the purpose of operating and promoting the services, solely to the extent needed for those purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your content and for any claims arising from it. Do not post content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Rivaya may remove or disable access to user content that violates these terms or is subject to third-party complaints. We will review removal requests and respond as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, brand assets, and proprietary resources provided by Rivaya are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use materials for personal study only unless a different license is provided.

• Do not reproduce or distribute course content for commercial purposes without permission.
• Do not remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings on materials.
• Request written consent from Rivaya for any public use of our proprietary materials beyond personal study.

Paid Services

Paid services include individual courses, bundled programs, coaching packages, live events, and subscriptions. Specific terms for each offering may be provided at checkout.

Prices for paid services are displayed on the website and at checkout. All fees are quoted in the currency specified at purchase. Rivaya reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to change fees for future enrollments.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Access to paid content is granted after successful payment.

Subscription services renew automatically at the chosen interval unless canceled prior to the next billing date. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting support.

Rivaya offers a limited refund window where eligible refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if course access has not been substantially used. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; refunds do not extend to third-party fees or processing charges. Where applicable, partial refunds may be offered for interrupted services.

You may cancel upcoming sessions or subscriptions according to the cancellation rules published with the specific service. Cancellations for live events may be subject to additional terms communicated at registration.

You are responsible for any taxes associated with purchases, including VAT or GST where applicable. Rivaya will collect taxes when required by law.

Rivaya may change prices for future enrollments. Changes will not affect confirmed purchases already paid in full unless required by law or by mutual agreement.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services until outstanding amounts are settled.

Disclaimer

Content provided by Rivaya is educational and informational in nature. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rivaya and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the services. Termination

Rivaya may suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or other valid reasons. Users may terminate their account by following account closure procedures or contacting support.

Upon termination, access to paid content may be revoked and certain data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies. Termination does not relieve liability for obligations incurred prior to termination.

Privacy

Communications
